Nowadays European Chamber issued “European Business in China Position Paper 2007/2008” and presented by Joerg Wuttke President of the European Chamber. This document helps the local government know about any problems, concerns, or ideas that foreign businesses have. Foreign businesses are here in Tianjin to find common ground with consumers in China. The White Paper informs the government what investors are looking for, what would help them along the way, as well as any current problems. This may seem like a simple paper to some, but it is a very important document that helps officials better understand the needs for foreign investors. This has become the primary mode of communication for foreign investors to have the opportunity to have their voice heard by the government.
近日欧盟商会召开会议向天津欧洲企业发布“欧盟企业在中国建议书2007/2008”
会议由中国欧盟商会主席伍德克先生主持并发表演讲。这一文件的颁布使当地政府更好地了解了跨国企业目前所存在的问题，怎样的投资商是他们需要寻找的，在寻找过程中会获得怎样的帮助。跨国企业也可以更加明确地找到与中国消费者的交集所在。这份看似寻常的文件确实可以帮助政府官员更好地了解投资商的需求，听到他们的心声。

随着天津外商的逐渐增多，以及外商投资导向在天津的迅速发展，欧盟商会所出台的建议书使在津的欧洲投资者获得了更多的交流信息，增加彼此间了沟通互助的机会，由此拉近了中国与世界经济的距离。
