摩尔多瓦位于乌克兰与罗马尼亚之间,地处欧洲东部,是由德里斯特河和普鲁斯河冲刷出来的天堂圣地。葡萄种植在摩尔多瓦已经有着5000多年的历史,因此这个区域保持着人们对西方市场发现、发展的神秘魅力。正如在以前,为着一次神圣的畅饮,人们会从摩尔多瓦首都去到西南部,只有30公里的路程,无数的葡萄园,广泛的分布在4300hectares 宽广的土地上,会将你征服。在这块肥沃的土地上,伴着温暖的阳光,生长了夏敦埃酒,雷司令,红葡萄酒,梅洛,皮诺,都是百翠庄园高品质的好酒.自很久以前当地的居民就掌握了精良的酿酒工艺,1866年以后,葡萄种植已经发展为了一个工业化的范畴,随着一些在大宅里随渐兴起的小葡萄酒酿造厂的出现,葡萄酒的酿造已不仅仅是用来款待亲友,也是用来销售的。葡萄酒制品如河水猛涨,人们对好酒的热情也代代相传,葡萄的种植也保持着珍爱般的占有权。
二战以后,在Hincesti出现了一个葡萄酒为产业的地方性公司,这就是摩尔多瓦的前几家公司之一,这家公司不断发展提高成为了今天一家现代化的酒庄。 它的名字是由一种葡萄树的意文名称而命名的,从此无可匹敌的优质葡萄酒诞生了。这个公司就是百翠酒庄。

Moldova is a threshold of paradise , washed by the rivers Nistru and Prut, placed in the center of Europe, between Ucraine and Romania. Even though the vinegrowing in Moldova has a history of more than 5000 years, this region keeps for the western markets the charm and mystery that one desires to discover and develop.
If ever , looking for a divine drink , you go southwest from the capital of Moldova , Chisinau, at only 30 km, sovereign vineyards, widespread on the immense domain covering 4300 hectares, will overwhelm you . Right here, on the fertile lands of Hincesti region, warmed by the sun , grow the grapes Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Riesling , Cabernet, Merlot , Pinot Noir; which stays at the basis for obtaining high quality inimitable wines of “ Vitis Hincesti”.
Since long time the local inhabitants have had a fame of skillful winemakers . The grape processing had earned an industrial scale after 1866, with the opening of a small winery by the mansion-house of Manuc Bei , which was already production was swelling up , the passion for good wine was transmitted from one generation to another and the grape-growing steadily remained an exceptionally cherished occupation.
Right after the Second World War, in Hincesti was created a state enterprise for grape processing one of the first in Moldova,The enterprise was developing and renovating , to become nowadays a modern equipped winery , Its name superbly combines the Latin name of the vine , and the name of the locality , giving birth to the peerless wines “Vitis Hincesti”.
